WING COMMANDER BOB STANFORD TUCK - RAF ACE - ORIGINAL SIGNED PHOTO
The dashing Bob Stanford Tuck first flew Spitfires with 92 Squadron and saw action over Dunkirk where he scored several victories. During the Battle of Britain Tuck continued his scoring and was promoted to Squadron Leader, taking command of 257 Squadron - which flew Hurricanes! Tuck became one of the rare few to fly BOTH fighters during the Battle. He was finally shot down by anti-aircraft fire and was made POW in January 1942 - his score was 27 enemy aircraft.
This is a superb 8x6 inch photo signed by Tuck showing him in the cockpit of his 257 Squadron Hurricane.
